I'm Karmen Bennett, a professional counselor, spiritual coach, and intuitive healer. I have over twelve years of experience working as a mental health professional and decades of experience as a spiritual seeker, teacher, mentor, and intuitive. I have studied metaphysics, spiritual education and enrichment, and am currently in a two year training program with Thomas Hubl. My life’s mission has been devoted to awakening the divine within myself and others. I am committed to using my gifts and talents in service to others, working to lead people back to themselves.
I believe that wholeness is our natural state and that every person has their own innate healing power. I hold space for others to safely explore their internal worlds to increase awareness and activation of that healing potential. I guide and support others in the process of slowing down, learning to listen to and trust their intuition, and connecting with their core, authentic selves.
Much of my therapeutic and healing practices involve leading people back to themselves through expressive and somatic practices, play, mindfulness and meditation, silence, and stillness. By attuning to the rhythm of nature and the presence found in the here and now, one can learn how to move with the flow of life and experience optimal health, not to bypass discomfort or pain, but to embrace the totality of the human experience.
